Attendance
It is in your child’s best interest to attend regularly and to be on time as this helps the class to get off to a good start. If, for any reason, your child is absent please send along a note the next day.

Enrolment
Children may be enrolled if they reach the age of five by 30th April. It is not compulsory for children to attend school until they turn six. To enrol your prep child you must provide documentary evidence of date of birth (eg. Birth Certificate). An Immunisation Certificate (obtainable from the local council) is necessary for all children from prep to grade 6.

Emergency Information
An emergency information file for each child is held at the school. This enables contact with the parents in case of illness or accident. Please make sure that any allergies or disabilities are listed on file and that they are kept up to date. The office must always have a current address and phone numbers. A medical information form, and, if applicable, an asthma management form are updated annually.
