Millwarra Primary School has eight basic expectations of our students:
- We respect a teacher’s right to teach and for students to learn and for parents to have the right for their children to be taught.
- We all have the right to feel happy and safe.
- We play safely and by the rules at all times.
- We will not tease, swear or hurt other people.
- We leave other people and their property alone.
- We leave our precious toys and games at home eg. electronic games, musical devices.
- We take care of the school environment.
- We put our rubbish in the bin.

SCHOOL FEE REQUIREMENTS School Council determines the amount of money to be requested from parents each year. Each child will be issued with a booklist which includes all their school needs for the year. Parents will be pleased that the School Fee Requirement is much less than Kindergarten Fees. Parents are asked to provide the following items: - An art smock – full covering with sleeves with elastic cuffs. This can be made out of a old shirt.
- Cloth bag (approx 400 x 300mm) for library books.
- Slippers are good for inside wear on wet days – to be kept at school.
- A spare pair of briefs / underpants in a named plastic bag could be advisable for accidents that do happen from time to time.
- All children should bring a large box of tissues on the first day.
All items should be clearly named.
LOST PROPERTY Unfortunately children tend to misplace windcheaters, jumpers, coats and even socks. With school uniform, it is often a difficult task to find owners for these items unless they are clearly named.
Names on the insides of gumboots help greatly.
